Rental Terms
(1) Free for first time delivery & pick up service. (Outlying Islands not included)
(2) It does not include oxygen machine accessories such as nasal cannula, which can be purchased from our company.
(3) The rental period is at least 2 months, and the rent for the first 2 months & deposit must be paid before delivery.
Payment Method
(1) First Fee – Pay at our Prince Edward Shop, Hang Seng Bank Transfer, FPS, cash or cheque on delivery (Payee: A Medical HK Ltd）
(2) Monthly Payment – Pay at our Prince Edward Shop, Hang Seng Bank Transfer, FPS (Account name and number: A Medical HK Ltd 933-043-333-001）

Rental Terms
1) Rental and purchased items are non-refundable.
2) Termination of Agreement: Please notify Pet Oxygen 7 days prior to expiration date.
3) Deposit Refund: Pet Oxygen will issue a check within 7 days of the medical device being returned to Pet Oxygen.
4) Tenants should understand that use of medical devices should be advised by a physician and Pet Oxygen is not responsible for any health problems.
5) If the medical device is damaged, the tenant will be charged 10%-20% of the retail product price as compensation and all parts must be returned to Pet Oxygen.
6) If the medical device is lost, the lessee will be charged 80% of the retail product price as compensation.
7) Medical devices may not be sublet or resold to others.
8) Pet Oxygen reserves the right to make any final decision.
